My cat's head is jerking. Could it be metronidazole side effects?

Kindly kindly help me my casper was moving hos head forward and backward in jerky way he was alright eating and drinking i cut his hair in the morning of face is this disorientation he also has diarrhea two days back treated by vet gave him metronidazole and dewormer

If the head jerking is continuous then I would recommend taking Casper in to the vet to be checked out. Some pets can have an adverse reaction to metronidazole that causes neurological symptoms. If Casper had only one episode and it resolved quickly and uneventfully then I would not worry about it too much.
