Puppy fell from stroller with cone. Is she okay if acting normal?

My puppy fell out of her stroller a little while ago. She has a cone on from her spay on Monday so I think her perception is off. Anyway she fell on her back on the sidewalk and then shot up and took off, but she didn't cry. I checked her for anything that might be broken, checked her stitches too to make sure it's not open everything looks fine but I'm still worried. Again she didn't cry out & she's acting completely normal but I just need the reassurance. It happened so fast I'm worried. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 5 months and 29 days old | 7.2 lbs

She's probably totally fine - a fall from a stroller is a pretty low height, and if she popped up and ran off right away, I expect that she's ok. If she starts doing any limping or becomes lethargic, you should go to the vet, but I doubt that will be the case. Best of luck! :)
