Why is my guinea pig's penis swollen and he's not cleaning himself?

My Guinea pig has got a swollen red penis and isn't cleaning himself lf properly as I had to cut a matt out of his hair around his bum and have to wipe sleep out of his eyes every morning. I'm really worried he's infected and I just want to know what to do. I will bath him in two days when I get more gp shampoo i just am so worried. He doesn't seem to be in any pain. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 13 days old

This does sound concerning for Terry. He probably has a skin infection and possibly an infection in this prepuce/penis from the hair matting. I would recommend taking Terry in to the vet to be checked out because he will probably need some antibiotics to help clear up the infection.
