Why is my Miniature Schnauzer puppy causing allergies? Aren't they hypoallergenic?

I don't know if my puppy is 100 percent miniature schnauzer because my mom is getting allergies is that normal if their supposed to be hypoallergenic? Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 25 days old | 5 lbs

There is no such thing as a true hypoallergenic dog. They all shed and have dander, some just do it less than others. You can try a thing the puppy once a week as that can decrease the amount of shedding and keeping her groomed regularly
