My puppy is aggressive after heat. Is this normal post-heat behavior?

Hello! I just wanna ask some things with regards to my 10 months old puppy. After her heat period about 2 weeks ago, she started to become irritable and aggressive (growling and showing her teeth) with my family members especially when they are petting her. And she's now also agressive when they are trying to get near her food. I am the only one who can feed and pet her without her being aggressive. Is her behavior normal especially after her heat period? Thank you!

This would be very uncommon 2 weeks after heat but could be related a false pregnancy (generally seen around the time a dog would be due to give birth). Hormonal treatments may help to reduce the symptoms - contact you rvet for a full assessment
