Chance is definitely a cutie! Whenever there are skin problems in bunnies, I would always want to rule out a parasitic condition such as skin mites. These are very common in rabbits and fortunately, pretty treatable. The best thing to treat with is called Revolution, a drug labeled for dogs and cats that is available through a veterinarian. If the area appears to be significantly itchy, you may need to fit Chance with a color. These sometimes require something homemade since the commercial ones don't fit around rabbits very well. Hope this helps!
