My dog's eye looks busted after playing with a kitten. Is it serious?

Hi there, so I am pretty sure my dog got it in the eye from from one of our kittens when they were playing and it looks like he has a busted blood vessel. He's not acting any different from how he normally does though. Very happy and lovey! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 6 months old

If he is holding the eye open and has no discharge, then it maybe just infkammation. If there is a mucous discharge or he is holding the eye closed then it may have scratched the cornea and caused an ulcer. If that is the case he needs to be seen by a vet as soon as possible
