My dog is constipated. Pumpkin didn't help. Should I take her to the vet?

I've been noticing panda hasn't been pooping much. She has been eating her food but I never notice her poop anymore. I gave her pumpkin sauce from PetCo a few times to help digest, but I still see no results. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 23.5 lbs

Pumpkin is a good thing to try but it only helps mild cases of constipation. It sounds like it is time to take Panda to the vet as she will need meds to help her go to the toilet. The vet can also examine her to see if thete is an underlying issue contributing to the constipation.
