Why is my new mother dog sick and not caring for her puppies?

Our 3 year old mastiff mut. Had her first litter. She is only feeding them cause we make her. But she is stating to relax and be ok with it. But she wont have anything else to do with them they are 2 days olr. Moma seemd hot and her eyes are bllod shot and dry mouth. What cause be wrong with her if anything. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | 3 years and 5 months old | 80 lbs

I would take her to the vet for an examination because she sounds very unwell and there coukd be a medical reason why she isnt bonding with the pups. You shouldnt force her to feed them whilst you dont know what is wrong as it could make her sicker. Common problems in bitches after whelping are mastitis in the teats, metritis in the womb, hypocalcemia or electrolyte imbalances. I would get her to a vet as soon as you can.
