I have a cat that likes to sleep with me all the time and is continually around me when ever my anizity acts up or my epilepsy goes up

Cats are very sensitive and intelligent animals. Zeypher is likely very attached to you and senses when you are anxious or going to have an epileptic episode. You don't say whether this is an issue for you? There is very little you could do to discourage the behaviour but if it does cause you further anxiety you could move into a different room whilst the episode is occuring. If it doesnt bother you and you were just wondering why it occurs, I would simply continue as you are and enjoy your close bond with Zeypher. She is likely trying to be there for you and animals can be very comforting for people with anxiety isdues.
