Why is my dog still chewing his paws after I changed his food?

I have a min pin, male and he has started chewing on his paws front and back off and on, I was told it could be a food allergy so I switched him back to his old food and he is still doing it. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Male | neutered | 3 years and 11 months old | 17 lbs

I would recommend Mister be seen by his regular veterinarian to determine the underlying cause for his chewing behavior, have any necessary diagnostics done (allergy testing, skin scrapes, etc) and get started on a treatment plan to hopefully help resolve the issue.
