My 4.3 lbs Yorkie has had bloody stools He was given blood work and an ultrasound. Nothing abnormal showed He is now on Hills prescription digestive care and probiotics. Stools are normal and he is acting normal Should I be concerned about Addisons?

An ultrasound can measure the adrenal glands which can indicate Addisons. There is often changes in the blood work to suggest that also. Typically dogs with Addisons are very sick with lethargy and vomiting along with the diarrhea. If he is better by a diet change and a probiotic then it is unlikely Addisons
