Hi i hve a Pomeranian of 2 moths whwn he sleeps then his nose become dry n gums white n it occurs when he sleeps so is there any problem?

I would not worry too much about his nose being dry unless he is exhibiting other signs of respiratory disease. White gums can be concerning and can indicate a low red blood cell count. However, if the gums look nice and pink while Softie is awake I would not worry about this either. If the gums look white or pale while she is awake, then this would be an indication to take her in to the vet to be checked out and make sure nothing too serious is going on.
