Puppy not moving, limping, sad, and in pain. Is it an emergency?

My puppy is really lacking movement , I have to lay her down my self. She only moves her legs here and there but she also limps , she seems super sad , she usually is full of energy , but she seems like she is in great pain. Please help me. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | 20 lbs

I am so sorry to hear that your pet Lupa is in such dire need of medical care it seems. She is very ill and the fact that she isn't moving is very concerning. There isn't anything you can do unfortunately in the home to help her, she needs to be seen by a vet in your area right away. She could have just about anything going on internally to cause this including: severe anemia, heart disease, or even shock just to name a few.
