Hello!! I just noticed my 2yr old Chihuahua has a tiny white dot/bump like on his back paw pad and also one on each side of his penis. The two have been there for quite some time however, the one on his paw pad just started today and he's been limping also licking and biting his paw pad. Should I be worried what should I do? Thank u!!

The 2 lumps either side of his penis look like normal nipples to be honest. This mark on the pad could be a reaction to a small wound or could be a growth in the skin. If the pup is lame on the leg I would have it checked tomorrow, otherwise monitor it or growth or change.

The bump on the side of the penis/sheath looks like it could be a little benign wart-like lesion like a skin tag. If he is biting at his pad, he is either painful or itchy, and needs to see the vet for a diagnosis and anti-itch medication like Apoquel. It's probably not serious, but if he is itchy he'll feel better on medication to help with that.
