My dog threw up after new food in hot weather. Is it heatstroke?

I switched my dogs food 2 days ago. My dogs are outside dogs and it has been very hot. They have a kiddie pool, lots of shade, and 2 large bowls of filtered ice water to drink from all day. One of my dogs (not sure which) has thrown up twice today. Both dogs are acting normal. Is this due to food change or could it be heat stroke? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 35 lbs
