How much Benadryl for my 34kg dog? Is it safe for liver/kidneys?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 1 year and 7 months old

Yes he has mild hoarseness so if i give benadryl then according to him he weigh 34kg and according to his weight how mich ml of benadryl should i give? Does benadryl has any side affect on liver or kidney as well? Im uploading photo of benadryl ingredients

He would need 5-1/2 teaspoons of the liquid Benadryl. Dogs take a much higher dose than humans because they metabolize it differently. His dose would be 75mg and you can give that twice a day. You are better off using the capsules or tablets that are usually 25 mg each - if you got those you could give 3 at each dosing. It should not cause any issues with the liver or kidneys.
