My playful puppy has a little blood after pooping. Should I worry?

My puppy has been fine and playful but all of a sudden on his last stool a little drip of blood came out its not in his stool but as soon as he finshed a little dripped out his still playful i have no money and i really am concerned about him please help. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 11 days old

I would recommend monitoring Greyson for diarrhea. If you see diarrhea you could start feeding him a bland diet of boiled chicken and white rice. Also, you could try an over the counter probiotic to help firm up the stool. If he has more blood or does not have diarrhea I would recommend taking him to the vet to make sure he does not have parasites or an infection in his anal glands.
