My dog's bark sounds harsh when he plays. Is his throat okay?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 8 months old

I went out one day behind me my dog was alone at home and he bark like now when he bark on strange voice is good and heavy but when he bark at me trying to tell me to play or talk then there is little harshness so in human case we can do gargle but in dog case what things can we do to make it correct and how much time does dog throat need to settle

You can have Bruno's throat checked by the vet, just to be sure, but I think his throat is fine. Dogs have many different kinds of barks and sounds, as humans have a variety of voice tones we use, to express, pleasure, anger, warning, joy, etc. I believe his barks as you describe them are appropriate for the circumstances.
