Why is my puppy not eating, mopey, and growling? Is it teething?

Sushi hasn't eaten this morning. He has been acting depressed and mopey and anytime you go near him he growls even to people he's more attached too. Any ideas on what could be happening? He's teething. could that be apart of it? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 20 days old | 6 lbs

It sounds like something is definitely going on with Sushi. Inappetance can be the first symptom dogs show that tells us they are not feeling well. Also, since his behavior today is not normal for him this could be an indication that something is wrong as well. It is unlikely that teething is the problem because dogs do not usually have any issue with this. If Sushi does not eat for more than 24 hours, or if he begins vomiting and/or having diarrhea, then I would recommend taking him in to be checked out by your vet.
