Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 8 lbs
I have a male (spayed) cat about 5 years old. Once or twice a week he vomits soon after eating. The vomit is the color of his food, and appears not to have been chewed. at least not well. he shows no signs of illness or discomfort. no hair is present in the vomit. diet change seems to have no effect. typically, he is fed one half of a can of catfood, and dry food is left down for him all day .

Colby could be eating too quickly and vomiting secondary to that. Since you have changed his food already, I would try offering him a smaller amount and see if he can hold that down, then give him the rest.
