My puppy has yellow skin, red rash, and dead skin. Is it serious?

Hi I'm from India and I have lab puppy which is 3 months old.the puppy had some pink rash on his snout without hair there and on lower part of the legs .We used anti fungal shampoo Nd it reduced hair started coming back..Now he has mole looks like an infection coz it's yellow in colour.and eventhough the hair has grown.the skin is reddish in colour with lots of dead skin inside.we bath him at least 2 times a week. Nd brush him too. Is he sick?( The black spot on the cheek.its now a bit yellow ). Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered

The area on the side of his face looks like it has a bacterial infection causing the raised bumps. Your puppy should see your veterinarian to determine if this is the case. They may also want to do a skin scraping to look for any skin mites that may have started the problem. It looks like your pup will need prescription antibiotics to resolve this problem.
