Why is my dog's breast hard like a rock and she's just laying around?

My dog (boxer)is just laying around and thru checking her out I found that 1of her breast are really hard like a rock and it looks like a tube there to that's just as hard can u tell me what it may be. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | unspayed | 80 lbs
