My dog's nose has a pink scrape and dried gunk. Is it serious?

Hello... We recently discovered a little scrape on my dogs nose, it's like a pink spot so it looks as if it happened recently... Surrounding the area it's relatively dark but it looks like there is this dried up/ gunk-crust.. Not sure what this is or how it may have happened..

That looks pretty significant. I am sorry Stich is having this issue. It would be best to get him to your vet for an exam. It could be a bacterial or fungal skin infection. It could be just and injury. It could be the start of a tumor or an autoimmune disease. It is so hard to say from a photo. Your vet will be able to give you more information after an exam and then prescribe the proper treatment. I really can't recommend you put anything on it without knowing what it is. I don't think it 's an emergency but I would try to get him in as soon as possible for an exam. I hope this helps. Best wishes to you and Stich.
