Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 10 years and 8 months old | 14 lbs
I have 4 cats at home and 5 litter boxes. Recently one cat has been peeing confront of the boxes. My vet says he has no health issues and could be behavioural. I need help with solutions on how to get him to go back to peeing in the box.

Try using a litter box attractant. You can purchase one online or in most pet stores. A pheromone product such as Feliway spray or plug in diffuser may decrease any anxiety or stress. Consider a wider litterbox with a low edge. Since Whistles is older, he may have difficulty stepping into the box.
