Why does my golden have a growing pink muzzle bump and eye gunk?

Our golden just had a pink hairless wort type bump on her muzzle appear a month ago and started getting bigger after we took her to the community dog park. We also changed dog food protein at this time and she started getting eye gunk around the same time as well. The bump started near a whisker folicle. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | spayed | 2 years and 1 month old | 79 lbs

It would be most helpful if you could post a photo. It is very hard to say what could be going on without seeing it. That being said, based on your description my best guess is that Daisy may have a histiocytoma.
