I dont see under symptoms for IBD, the chest wheezing and raspy breathing listed ?

I would not expect IBD to cause these signs. Chest wheezing and raspy breathing could be a sign of an upper respiratory infection (especially if you have seen nasal discharge or sneezing), feline asthma, or potentially heart disease. If the breathing changes are new I would recommend making an appointment to have Tubby seen by your veterinarian to determine what might be causing these signs. If Tubby seems to be having difficulty breathing or labored breathing you should see a veterinarian right away.
