My dog escaped and is limping with heavy breathing. Should I call vet?

My 60lbs dog got out of our backyard through a very small space. When we found her, she had a few scratches, a slight limp/slowness, and her breathing has been shallow and heavy. Could it just be exertion and she needs to rest or should we call her vet? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 65 lbs

My biggest concern would be her breathing, if it wasnt for that i would suggest resting her, however, if the breathing does not settle shortly i would head to the vet just in case something serious has happened to her chest.
