My 7-month pitbull jumps, barks, and steals food. How to train?

My 7mo pitbull keeps jumping up on people, barking(whinning) at us of he doesnt get his way, and keeps eating all the food so the other dog can have any. How can i stop all this?

These are all completely normal behaviors for an untrained puppy :) You will need to teach CJ how to greet people and ask for attention politely - otherwise, he doesn't know what you want him to do. Keep him on-leash when he greets people so that you can prevent jumping up, and praise and reward him with treats for sitting nicely as they approach to say hi. Ask him to sit or do some other polite behavior to ask for something, rather than barking or whining - reward with a treat when he does. I would also recommend feeding the dogs in separate rooms or crates, then picking up the food bowls once they are finished - this will prevent him from being able to eat your other dog's food, and will ensure that the other dog has a chance to eat in peace.
