My cat is sore on the left side by his back leg. How would I help him get better?

Rest is always the best way to resolve an injury. You can put him in a large dog kennel or small bathroom so he can jump around. Also a warm compress for 10-15 mins every 4-6 hours. Kisses for Shadow!
