My puppy drank a lot of water and is now shivering. Is this okay?

My new puppy has been eating and drinking perfectly fine for the past two days. However, she wasn't drinking today so when she did it was a lot of water. After drinking all of the water, she started shivering really bad. I don't know if this is normal. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 8 days old | 6 lbs

It is not uncommon for very small animals to feel a little chilly after drinking a lot of water, however, if Kylie continues to shiver for more than a half hour, or if this happens again I would consider checking in with your veterinarian. If Kylie starts having any signs of lethargy, vomiting, or diarrhea you should seek an emergency clinic. I hope this helps!
