Why is my kitten vomiting, not eating, and losing weight after shots?

It has now been two days after my 14 week old kittens shot. She is not eating, throwing up, still energetic, and acting shy and weird. It seems like she is losing weight. Will this pass? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 11 days old | 3 lbs
