Why is my puppy acting drunk and losing balance after ear infection?

We are at a bet now with our 4 month old weim. 900.00 in tests and they want to call in a specialist. She had an ear infection last month. She now loses balance and acts a little drunk. All tests blood and urine came back great. Now hey are putting charcoals down her stomach Oh yeah toxicology from urine was fine also. I am thinking middle or inner ear infection. Pet's info: Dog | Weimaraner | Female | unspayed | 28 lbs

Middle ear infection would be the most common cause for these symptoms at this age, but there is a small chance that it could be a brain condition as well. if she is not responding to the antibiotic treatment i believe taking her to a specialist is the right thing to do.
