Without knowing more information about your pigs, it would be hard to tell. Pigs can foam at the mouth in anticipation of eating, and may foam or get excited as you are placing their food, especially younger pigs or piglets. Boars can also foam if there is a gilt/sow in heat nearby that is exciting to them. However, if they are showing any signs of illness such as decreased eating, pawing at their mouths or the ground, lethargy, weight loss, behavioral changes, etc, the foaming may indicate something underlying such as a virus, injury to the mouth, bacterial infection, or toxicity that should be checked out by a local vet.

I am unsure of what is coming out of Piggie's mouth since I am not there to examine her. I would be concerned about a possible bad tooth, infection, trauma to the mouth, toxin or gastrointestinal irritate like a plant or food. If piggie is not eating or drinking I would recommend taking Piggie to a vet for a closer exam. IF piggie is acting normally you could continue to monitor at home and see if it resolves on its own
