Why is my puppy tired, not eating, and breathing heavily with snot?

My puppy is acting weird today.... almost no appetite, even for treats. He is sleeping with basically no energy so far all day. He also has a bright pink color above his nose which seems new, and is having some snot drop from his nose. He also seems to be breathing a bit heavier. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 9 days old | 10 lbs

I'm sorry to hear that Rocco isn't feeling well. From your description it sounds like he may have an upper respiratory infection. Given the nasal discharge and increased effort while breathing, I would recommend that you have him seen by a veterinarian. They will perform physical examination and may recommend blood work to ensure there is nothing more serious going on. Some upper respiratory infections are viral in nature and will resolve with time;however, in some cases antibiotics are needed if there is a bacterial component to the infection.
