Some of the signs of yersinosis include lethargy, vomiting and diarrhea, decreased appetite and abdominal pain, however many animals do not show any clinical signs. It is treated with antibiotics in pets who are clinically ill. In some rare situations it can become systemic and form abscesses in organs so it could be dangerous but this is not as common. I would recommend seeing your veterinarian if you are concerned - there are many other diseases that can cause similar signs.
