My kitten's paw smells awful after a fish hook. Is it infected?

my kitten got a fish hook in her pawl last week. I got it out and bleeding stopped within minutes but now it smells awful. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 lbs

This is because it is now badly infected, you will need to take her to the vet as soon as possible in order to get it treated, she will need an antibiotic injection and the paw might need to be cleaned as well.
