Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 20 days old | 8 lbs

How much peanut butter should I give to my puppy? She's pretty big and i don't want to add to that haha. Also, I'm thinking of buying those kong toy thingys. How much peanut butter should I put and how often?

I usually fill a King toy about half way with peanut butter. From your picture your puppy does not look overweight and that would be the concern with too much peanut butter. Remember to use it as a snack and make sure she is still eating her regular meals. Kisses for Midnight!

The kings are great toys to our peanut butter in and freeze to make it last longer for them. You should only put enough to keep them occupied and challenged to get it out. They also make different dog flavored products that can go inside those toys. If you give peanut butter without the king, I would only give an teaspoon at a time as it is only meant to be a treat
