Look over previous Question:id=332694 as it contains relevant background information. Can the "Tresaderm" eardrops be continued considering the ear bleeding again today? What noninvasive treatments can be used for the nasopharingeal growth considering the cat's age and health today? In your opinion how long can the cat continue receiving "Prednisone" 5MG/ML-0.36ML 2xDaily? Do you think long term steroidal injections would be helpful in this situation? Given her age, steroid side effects from long term use tend to become less of a risk if the benefits are clearly improving her quality of life. Depending on the nature of the growth, low level chemotherapy medications may provide an opportunity to halt growth or even reduce the mass but this would require assessment by a specialist
