My cat is having a fungal infection it's like a reddish rough skin why it is happening?

Redish rough skin does not mean that it is a fungal infection, it could be bacterial, parasitic and even allergic. you need to take her to the vet in order to get it checked first, it can then be treated according to the diagnosis.
