My cat just had kittens, stomach swollen & pacing. Are more coming?

First litter her stomach is still swollen some. Breathing is heavy and she is pacing. She's had 4 already while we were asleep. Is it possible she's not done since she isnt really in the room with the babies and is pacing a lot. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 20 lbs

It sounds like she may have more to come. If she is actively pushing and there is no progress within 30 mins get help, otherwise if she is pacing and doing nothing I would give her an hour or so then have her checked.
