Why is my dog vomiting, not eating, watery eyes, and low energy?

My pet has watery eyes,he even doesn't eats the food we gave.He's vomiting,Watery eyes,he doesn't opens his mouth,he has lack of appetite and energy. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 5 months and 25 days old

It is not normal for a young dog to not be eating and vomit. I recommend making an appointment with Maxx's vet for a physical exam and maybe check his stool for parasites. He may need some medications and fluids to prevent dehydration. Kisses for Maxx, I hope he feels better soon!
