My dog is a shih tzu and he has acquired this solid bump prolly a size of a coin on his tail as well as in his nape. Can you somehow identify the probability of his condition? Thanks! Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 2 months old
