Why is my kitten sleeping all day, peeing, and has yellow runny poop?

My one month old kitten has been sleeping all day which is weird because she's usually running around all day.I checked up on her like an hour ago and she peed herself while sleeping so I tried to wake her up but she just opens her eyes and closes them back up them and won't move so I layed her on my chest and she pooped on us. Her poop was a yellow color and it was runny.

This is very concerning. Your kitten sounds very sick. I think she may have a virus (or possibly a large parasite burden). You should take her to the emergency vet as soon as possible to see what can be done. Before you leave, apply a little honey or syrup around her mouth as she may be weak from having a low blood glucose level. I hope she pulls through.
