I have a 20 year old cat and I can't tell if she is blind. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

A quick test you can do at home is to take a small piece of cotton ball and toss it through her visual field in front of her. It doesn't make a sound or have a smell, but it should be visible enough that if she can see, she should turn her head to watch it. Of course, the best way to know what's going on with her eyes would be to have a vet do a full exam. I would especially encourage you to do this, as some causes of blindness can be painful - so it's important to make sure there's nothing painful or treatable affecting Calico. Hope this helps.
