Cat projectile vomiting from nose: Is it serious or just stress?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 5 months old

Hi my cat has been to the vet a couple of weeks ago as I thought she was poorly the vet said she was stressed I've been using feliway and have seen no improvement she has been being sick as she was before I took her the vet but she has now projectile v omit even coming out of her nose could she be ill as well as stressed?

Poor Minnie! It sounds like she is ill and I think it would be best to recheck with your vet. She could have an infection, parasite, endocrine disease, kidney disease, obstruction, etc. Your vet may need to run some lab work( CBC, chemistry profile, urinalysis, fecal test, T4, Felv/Fiv test) to help determine the cause of her problem. Once diagnosed, your vet can prescribe medications to help. She may need an antibiotic, anti-vomiting, gastrointestinal protectant, and other medications to help. If don't think stress would cause her to have projectile vomiting so please call your vet and have her examined again. Hope she gets better soon!
