Why is my molting bird biting? Will he be less nippy post-molt?

My bird is moulting do you think he will become friendly after this? Because he's kinda bites a little.

Moulting doesn't typically have an affect on behavior, however if some of the feathers are painful when they are growing back in, it may make Rio a little grumpier than normal. Continuing to offer treats and interact with him can help.
