My dog has an irritated eye and dry skin. Is it the Seresto collar?

One eye on my dog has gotten irritated. Also her skin is much drier/flakier than usual. Only change recently has been addition of Seresto collar, which she has been wearing for about 3 weeks now. Grain free diet. Other dogs show no signs of problems. Is it probably allergies or could it be a more serious issue? Pet's info: Dog | Norwich Terrier | Female | spayed | 3 years and 9 months old | 9 lbs

Looks like it could be an allergy. It could also be skin mites or a bacterial skin infection. I think it looks like Dixie needs to be seen by a vet. I don't think it's an emergency but I would try to get her in for an exam sometime in the next week. I hope this helps. Best wishes!
