our dog has a lump under his tail that he gets every summer. He licks it raw. It is niw bloody. I have no money for a vet. What can I do to treat it. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 8 years and 3 months old | 50 lbs

It is difficult to tell without seeing this in person but I would be concerned about a potential tumor.
