Hi it look like my dog has a little white pimple on top of right eye lid for a week and now his under eye lid is swollen. Is it dirt or an eye infection. What can I do

Poor Rockie! The swelling around his lower eyelids is quite prominent and could be related to an allergic reaction, infection, or irritation from the lesion on his upper eyelid. Rockie should be examined by his vet to determine if there are any changes within the eye itself, including infection or corneal ulceration from irritation. Based upon exam findings, your vet will be able to prescribe any necessary eye medications, anti-inflammatories, or antihistamines. If Rockie is rubbing his eye, be sure to keep an e-collar (cone) on him until his vet visit to prevent further trauma to the eye. I hope that he's on the mend soon!
